  • How can we complete a roof in one day?

    Our team will be busy working behind the scenes to make sure your project goes smoothly and efficiently when we show up to do the work. Here is the shortlist of what to expect leading up to your project.


    • When your contract was signed you selected a style and color at the GAF shingle. Once you made this selection any changes must be made in writing prior to installation.
    • We will give you an estimated start week once your contract is signed. The week before your installation you will get a call, email or text from our production manager. He will set a more exact date for your install based on weather conditions.
    • Georgia weather is unpredictable and can affect our scheduling. We will do our best to inform you of any schedule changes.
    • Our production manager will place a NGE ROOFING sign in your yard the day before install. This will help with material drop the next day. And even though we send our crew a picture of the house they are tearing off, this is the second wall of defense to sure that we are at the right location.
    • The roofing material and dumpster will typically be delivered the day before or on the day of install and placed in an agreed-upon location.
    • Sometimes our crews bring a trailer with them the day of install and haul off all debris at the completion of the job.

    • Typically we will arrive between 6:30-7:00 am on the day of your project.
    • The existing roof will be carefully removed.
    • Repair of the deck under your existing shingles will be handled next.
    • Clean up of the stripped roofing material is a high priority! Part of the team will be working all day to clear the debris. We work hard to clean up and realize how important that is to you.
